Deposit and Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: We are small inns with 16 rooms and suites and we do not overbook. Your accommodation is guaranteed. As a consequence, we must pursue a strict policy in respect to cancellations. Please satisfy yourself that you understand our deposit and cancellation policy as outlined below:

DEPOSITS / RESERVATIONS: A major credit card, including the three digit security code shown on the back of the card, is required to guarantee a reservation. An imprint will be taken at check-in.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation, notice must be given five (5) days prior to your reservation date, otherwise your entire stay will be processed on your credit card if we are unable to rebook it for you.

BOOKING WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL: If you are booking within 5 days of your arrival date, your entire stay will be put through on your credit card at the time you make the booking.

BOOKING A RESERVATION FOR ANOTHER PERSON: When you reserve a room for another person, the entire stay will be processed at the time the reservation is made.

WEDDINGS OR LARGE BOOKINGS: Bookings for weddings and for 3 or more rooms in the same group will require additional cancellation notice.
